The Warwick Valley High School Guidance Office is excited to welcome more than 30 different employers in multiple career fields to the 9th Annual Warwick Valley High School Career Day! Thank you to all of the sponsors and donors for supporting this wonderful opportunity for students t explore some of the myriad career pathways available to them: the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce, ShopRite of Warwick, and SiteOne Landscape Supply, of Mahwah, NJ.

    • What does a typical day look like?
    • What is the biggest challenge a new employee will need to be ready for?
    • What does the hiring process look like?
    • How long have you been at the company?
    • What do you like about it?
    • What’s your favorite thing about your job?
    • What do you really enjoy about your role in particular?
    • How does the company support its employees?
    • How does the company work to upskill/ or reskill its employees?
    • What kind of person is most successful at your company?
    • What or how does your company communicate with its employees?
    • What technology do you utilize most to do this?
    • What kind of culture is there around feedback at your company?
