WVHS students earn top NYS Scholar-Athlete status
45 Warwick Athletes Named US Army Scholar-Athlete All-Americans
On Tuesday, United States Army Staff Sergeant Nelson Woods and Staff Sergeant Latesha Reid traveled to WVHS to recognize the 45 Student-Athletes who earned US Army Scholar-Athlete All-American status. To be given this honor, students must achieve a weighted GPA of over 102 during their scholastic athletics seasons.
Members of the armed forces understand what it means to make sacrifices to achieve goals and our scholar – athletes demonstrate those same qualities of success. Congratulations to our 45 US Army Scholar All-Americans:
