• The Film Club will meet today, during unit lunch, at 10:50 in room 142. 
• GSA will be meeting today in room 107 during unit lunch at 11:00. Come check us out! See Ms. Brozycki for more details.
• There will be a Sophomore Class Meeting in room 134 at 10:50 am on Friday during lunch to discuss the Homecoming float planning and design.
• There will be an introductory meeting for the Future Business Leaders Club on Friday in Room 117 at 11:00.  Anyone interested in joining the club should attend.
• Interested in politics? Do you like to debate? Want to learn skills needed for post-high school life? If so, come join the Youth in Government Program on FRIDAY, 9/22 and TUES, 9/26 in room 119 with Mr. Ottochian to help us get ready for the upcoming convention to Minisink. The meeting will start at 10:50am. All new members are welcome! Returning members are requested to attend. 
• Attention SADD members-  Students Against Destructive Decisions will be having a meeting on Monday,October 2 at 11:00 am in room 157. See you there!
• Attention current members of Mu Alpha Theta. We will have our first meeting of the year, this Thursday at 11am in the auditorium. Again this message is for current members only. See Mr. Scheuermann in room 115 for details.”
• We are excited to announce that our annual Homecoming Dance will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023. In order to streamline the Homecoming Dance process, we will be using FamilyID to submit your child’s Homecoming Dance Permission Slip.  The window is NOW open and closes Thursday, October 5th, 2023 at midnight.  Check your school email for the link to FamilyID. Permission slips must be submitted PRIOR to purchasing a ticket via the Hometown ticketing service (link will be released when box office opens).  The box office will open on Monday, September 25th and closes on Thursday, October 5th. Students will use their Student ID number to purchase their ticket.
• Homecoming BUS GARAGE permission slips are now available online, from your class advisors, or in the HSO. Bus garage permission slips must be filled out in order to attend float building.  They must be returned to the HSO ONLY by Friday, September 29th!!!!!  See Ms. Bugasch or Mrs. DiGuilio for questions. 
• Juniors!!  Our first official HOMECOMING meeting will be today, Sep 21st.  Come one come all – to room 205 at the START of lunch.  BEAT THE SENIORS! 
• Attention orchestra students: Wire Choir will have its first rehearsal today after school in the middle school band room. See you there
• There will be a Homecoming meeting for all freshmen on Tuesday 9/26 in room 165. 
• Homecoming 2023 is around the corner! Our Spirit week begins on Monday, October 2nd and this year our Homecoming theme is Disney! Our dress up days are as follows: Monday: Ohana (Hawaiian Day), Tuesday: Epic Tuesday (Dress as your favorite Marvel, Star Wars or Sci-fi Disney character), Wednesday: Sleeping Beauty vs Cinderella (Casual vs Formal dress attire), Thursday: Walt Disney Day (Dress as your favorite Disney character), Friday: Tangled Colors (Purple & Gold Day)
• The Pep Rally Class Competition sign up sheet has been placed in the main office. Sign up and represent your class and compete in the 3 legged race, pie eating contest, dance contest, or tug of war. Your advisors also have the sign up sheet available for you! 
• The Warwick Robotics Team is having their first General Interest Meeting on Friday, September 22 at 10:5 AM in room 216.  Students that are interested in coding, building, engineering and competing are invited to attend this first meeting.  If you have any questions, please see Mr. Warren or Mr. Mark.
