Six Warwick Wildcats sign national letters of intent
Great news out of Wildcats Country today, as six Warwick Wildcats signed National Letters of Intent, a form completed by student-athletes that indicates their commitment to play sports at NCAA colleges and universities.
Skyler Blanton – Lacrosse
Skylar signed her NLI to attend East Carolina University of Greenville, North Carolina. She was recruited to play midfield for the NCAA Division I East Carolina Pirates (American Athletic Conference) by head coach Amanda Moore. Skylar Chose ECU over Vermont, UCONN and
Delaware, all schools that expressed interest. Skylar expects to major in Business Administration. Skylar’s parents are Eric and Mandy Blanton, and she has three sisters, Sierra, Reece, and Payton.

Paige Girardi – Basketball
Paige signed her NLI to a full athletic scholarship to play basketball for Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. Paige was recruited to play guard for the NCAA Division I Quinnipiac Bobcats (Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) by head coach Tricia Fabbri. Paige chose Quinnipiac over Manhattan College, Albany, and Seton Hall, all schools that expressed interest. Paige plans to major in Physical Therapy. Paige’s parents are Russ and Debra, and she has a sister, Reese.

Jackson was recruited as a pitcher for the NCAA Division I Binghamton Bearcats (America East Conference) by assistant coach Ryan Hurba. Jackson opted for Binghamton over UPENN, Columbia and Sienna University, all schools that expressed interest. Jackson intends to major in Business Law. Jackson’s parents are Ben and Marya Mitchell.

Stephanie chose LeMoyne over St. Bonaventure, Mercy, and Virginia Commonwealth University, all school that expressed interest. Stephanie intends to major in Sports Management. Her parents are Robert and Joy, she has a sister, Jess, and three brothers, David, Ryan, and Chris.

Ryan picked Hofstra over Maine, George Mason, New Haven, among others. Ryan plans to major in Finance. His parents are Parents: Denis and Jamie McLaughlin, and he has a sister, Carly, and brother, Joe.
