Sanfordville kindergarten concerts are festive fun

Kindergarten students at Sanfordville Elementary were proud to present their Holiday Concerts on Monday and Tuesday. They performed for capacity cafetorium crowds made up of family and friends. The concerts are an annual tradition and highlight of the holiday season around the district. Each year, as the kindergarteners eagerly learn the year’s concert program, they become more and more excited for the opportunity to perform on stage!

Over the two days, each kindergarten class performed on its own, and the classes also performed collectively as the SES All-K Choral Ensemble! Guests were treated to the following musical pieces:

• Snowflakes, Snowflakes
• Hokey Pokey Winter
• I’m a Little Snowman
• Did You Ever See a Penguin
• Jingle Bells
• We Wish You a Happy Holidays

“It was evident how hard our students and their teachers worked on their musical pieces leading up to the performances,” beamed SES Associate Principal Tim Ferraro. “Thank you to all of the students, staff, and our guests for making this event such a success!” 

Following both concerts, performers and audience members were able to mingle during a festive Cookie & Milk Celebration.
