Milazzo links third Section IX golf title in a row

Congratulations to WVHS junior Gina Milazzo, who won her third consecutive Section IX Girls Golf Championship on Wednesday, at the Apple Greens Golf Course in Highland. Gina took five strokes off her day one round of 75, for a 74 on day two and a 153 overall. She finished with her closest competitor eight strokes behind.    

Interesting Fact: Gina did it all of this with a fractured finger on her left hand, thanks to a basketball incident in gym class just a week ago.
