Watch the Senior Project topic announcement ceremony

We recently shared THIS STORY about the Warwick Valley High School Senior Project students announcing their research topics during an official ceremony at the high school on December 17. The story outlines some of the course requirements that this ambitious group of 25 students has embarked upon as part of Senior Project.

The nationally-recognized program combines project-based learning, real-world performance opportunities and professional networking, to give its participants invaluable know-how, insight, and experience into the fields of study that interest them most.  

Now, you can also watch the ceremony, thanks to the students in the high school’s Video Production program and their teacher Dan Cecconie! The WVTV crew covered the event and then produced this video. Hear the students share their topics and goals in their own words, and even meet a 20-plus year veteran of The Blue Man Group, Mark Frankel, the keynote speaker who talked to the students about exploring their passions.
