WVCSD holds 26th annual String Fling Concert

Congratulations to the more than 400 Warwick Valley Central School District students in grades 4-12 who performed so well in the 26th annual Spring Fling concert in the WVHS gymnasium on June 12, 2024.

The event featured performances by the Wire Choir, Fourth Grade Orchestra, Fifth and Sixth Grade Orchestras, Seventh and Eighth Grade Orchestras, WVHS Symphony Orchestra and WVHS Chamber Orchestra. All of the students played “Golden Globe” together in the finale.

Orchestra directors Keely Gould Blaikner (fourth grade), Tamara Moser (fifth and sixth grade), Christy Brown (seventh and eighth) and Elissa Maynard (symphony and chamber and Wire Choir) and their musicians put on an awesome show.
