Food Services: Where we were two years ago

Two years ago….

• All schools – high school, middle school and elementary schools – were in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
• NSLP regulations required small portions – too small for MS and HS students
• There was no salad bar at MS/HS
• There was no homemade pizza at MS/HS
• The Food Services Program was losing money at the MS and HS
